UR 3" catless Downpipe for '08 ~'10 WRX/STi - Feeler

Curious to know if anyone with an '08~'10 WRX/STi would be interested in my used (currently on car) Ultimate Racing uncatted & unresonated downpipe. It has a slight dent on the bottom of it but performance isn't affected.
Not pressing to sell but if someone is interested maybe we can workout a deal so we can install once my replacement arrives.
If interested you would have to purchase your own gaskets. Info from the UR site is here:

Looking for $225.00 and I can help with the install if purchased.
*Note: If you are interested in this you will need to reflash your ECU to compensate for the increased flow.
