My 2004 STi

Well Im leaving 1 Nov and dont have the time and money to finish the STi and ship it to Germany. So Im looking for someone to buy it, finish it, and have all the fun they can in it. Right now Im 90% sure that the timing or one of the cams has to be off. The car will not start but will pop when it is cranking. I would like to get $15k but I am considering serious/reasonable offer for it as is and it will come with all the spare/extra/stock parts that I have. Here are the specs on the car...
