Feb 1 Autocross Test and Tune

Congrats to Jesse, FTD, Brian, 2nd FTD, Rudy 2nd place.
Thank you for helping the GRSCCA. I think you guys made a very good impression we just need to keep up that enthusiasm.
it was good that I did not race and bring my Subie I still had a lot of fun.

There had to be a beginning and yesterday was just that. My boys and I had a good time helping prep the course and it was a learning experience for them too. They both admitted that they don't mind helping out <actually had fun; teenagers, go-figure
> sweeping rocks and walking the track. This all was in anticipation to ride-along with dad during the event and getting the FTD was a bonus for my oldest!J

I'm glad that we were there to assist and try to make things run smooth. It definitely didn't take alot of time to clean-up and I know we can further streamline the whole set-up & break-down processes now after seeing it unfold in the present manner, we all have good ideas with merit that will allow ALL of us, including GRSCCA of course, more time to practice, focus on membership, teching cars, brainstorming, and such. LOTS to bring up during the next GRSCCA meeting. Maybe I'll start another thread for topics of discussion/suggestions for this GRSCCA week's meeting. Yes/No?

Yes congrats to all the winners and no problem Jay we are there to support, race, meet new people, and most of all have fun. Great job Rudy and Jess

Now a guy took some nice pictures of you guys running. Here is the link to the Drag forum where the pcitures are at.

This would be good pictures for the SCG web site. Ask the guy who took the pictures if we could use them until the next race. I am trying to get up to par in my picture taking skills. Vlad showed me the basics yesterday and it was fun.
